Finding the link to edit a post or page on WordPress is perhaps one of the simplest things that you can do (which is perhaps why I’m writing on this topic, but, shhh…don’t tell anyone.) To start with, you must have already made a post or page to edit in the first place.
For more information about how to edit a post or page, look at this article.
Probably the simplest way to edit a post is to view the home page of your blog. There will be an edit button in the bottom right corner of each post.
Alternately, if you click the name of the post you will be taken to a view of only that post. You can also click on the name of a page from your navigation bar to edit a page. In either case the link to edit will be in the top left of the page or post.
The third and final way that I have discovered to edit a post or page on WordPress is to go to your dashboard, as shown here (the images show editing a post, but the same functionality can be used to edit pages).
Next, hover over the posts menu and choose “All Posts” (or “All Pages”).
Finally, hovering over the title of a post or page will pop up the following menu, from which you simply select “Edit”.
I hope that this article was informative, but I suspect that if you could find this article, you already knew how to do this.
